I want some potatoes... w/ cheese on them. I had a frozen one earlier that my mom microwaved for me and it was  nasty!... So didn't meet my standards...  All this talk of potatoes... mmmmm

Yup, that's what this was! Twice baked w/ Cheese. Microwave totally ruined it, but she was running out the door to go back to work, so I can't complain.
