IVF Consult- which cycle day is best to start ASAP

Hi everyone
I talked to the nurse the other day at the RE. She said to come in "before AF". At my RE, they start the process right away at the first consult. OK

Here are my Questions:

1. If I get AF religiously on CD26, is it ok to go on CD23?


2. Shouldn't I just go in for bloodwork before my consult so when I have the consultation, we can just start immediately right then and there?

How fakking desperate do I sound? lmao

i would schedule the consult for whenever u can before af comes

they will prob want u to come in cd3

you dont sound desperae at all. I would go in before AF. Because once CD3 comes, after your BW comes back, you sometimes get started on meds the same day. (BCP) so if you want to start right away, get your protocol in order with the consult and then go in a fw days later on CD 3 for BW.

I actually went for my consult on what happened to be CD 1 for me last month. I had all of my blood work, my u/s and my sonogram all done that cycle. Now this is CD 3 the following month and tonight I'm starting BCPs for IVF! I say call and make your appt for as soon as they have availability.
