UGGS Help Please- Update
I just got my 1st pair of Uggs (Classic Short) and I am not sure if they fit. I ordered them from Zappos. I usually wear an 8.5 in sneakers, so I ordered an 8. I got them last night. When I tried them on they feel snug, but when I walk I feel like my heels are slipping up. When I tried them with socks, it was a little better. Do I need a smaller size? My toes are just touching the front, so I think the smaller size might be too small. I've wanted them for a while, but now I feel a little let down. I was hoping they'd be perfect and now I am not sure if I should keep them or return them. Thanks
Update: I ordered the 7, and I can't believe they were delivered already. Love Zappos! The 7 feels better width wise, but my toes feel tight. I am guessing these are not going to stretch at all in the length. Now I don't know which ones to keep, or just send them both back. Any opinions? Thanks

Re: UGGS Help Please
Uggs do run big! I would order a size 7 as well just to be sure and then returned one. That's the beauty of Zappos!

Re: UGGS Help Please
Just out of curiosity, are they a cable knit style? When I had sloughy cable knit uggs my heel constantly slipped and it drove me nuts! The shoe otherwise fit perfect.

I would order a size smaller. Initially they feel snug but they stretch a lot after you wear them a few times.

I ordered the Classic Short in Black, not the cable knit sytle.

Re: UGGS Help Please- Update
Your toes most likely touch the fur inside the Uggs, not the actually boot. It's suppose to feel a little snug at first because the fur settles down after you wear it for a while.
Unless you feel like they are seriously too short, I would keep the size 7.

I agree. And you do not need to wear socks with Uggs. Your feet will get really hot otherwise and in my experience, they will NOT smell if you go sockless.
Enjoy your new Uggs!
