What was AF like the first cycle after D&C?
I am pretty sure AF is here, but it is not even close to normal. I've been having intense, painful cramps since Tuesday morning. They've even been waking me up at night and Tylenol/Motrin hasn't helped all that much. I have really only had spotting with very dark brown blood (sorry TMI) and it hasn't turned into a full flow yet. I don't really know what to think? All I know is I am pretty miserable right now 
what was your experience?

Mine was AWFUL. Not so much with the cramps but the heaviest bleeding I have ever experienced. And I was on vacation. At the beach.
Had the bleeding not slowed within 24 hours I was going to go to the hospital since I was too far from my doctor's office. Fortunately it slowed right before then.

It was about the same as always, pain managed by ibuprofen , regular flow, same 4-5 days.... The only thing I have noticed with AF since my mc (in Oct) that I don't have as many heavy days any more, usually day 1 I have spotting, day 2-3 very heavy, day 4 light, 5 spotting and it's done. But the 2 cycles since D&C it still lasted 4-5 days but only one day of heavy flow instead of 2, my OBGYN says it's common and sometimes your AF changes after a mc especially if you had a D&C and it may never be the same.

Regular for 1-2
Spotted last 2-3 days.

For me, it lasted 6 days and was much heavier than usual.

My first cycle after D&c was very heavy. I had a miscarriage a month ago and I think af is coming. I have had horrible cramps and my stomach is not feeling right at all.

How long ago was your d&c or did u miscarry naturally? Is the pain all over? If AF doesn't start I'd call the dr. I am just worried it could be an infection or something. Not trying to scare u but I got one and it was not fun.
On a side note my first AF was super heavy and I was sooo cramps ughhhh it was the worst!

I didn't have a d & C, i had a chemical pregnancy and the first cycle after was so painful horrible cramps and very heavy bleeding
