2yr old Birthday Party Entertainment

Hello,
I am starting to plan a small in home Birthday party for my son who will be 2 next month. I was looking at February 11 which is a Saturday maybe around 11am or 12noon. There will be about 6 kids
Was looking into a package that has either a clown or character and would like face painting, a few games and either a small cotton candy machine or small popcorn machine. I am on a pretty tight budget so if I need to cut out the cotton candy/popcorn I can.
