I am going to cheesecake factory tonight and on WW. Any suggestions off the skinnylicious menu??
Just wondering if anyone has ordered of this menu before??
I may just get the herb crusted salmon but there is a cobb salad that looks good too..
If anyone has been there recently and ordered healthy let me know if you liked/disliked anything!! (what I REALLY want is the blackened chicken sandwich and fries but can't do it, lol)

I've had the Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos, and they were good. They're bigger than you think though so only get 1 order. I got the Mexican and with the salsa, you don't even need a dipping sauce or marinade.
With the salads, I find the dressing is the worst part. So maybe if you go that way, get a lite dressing on the side and dip?
I've also had the Turkey Avocado sandwich, but only ate half. It has mayo in it, I wasn't thrilled with that, but I kept my portion under control so it wasn't a big deal.

Good to know!! The chicken lettuce wraps...is it actually a dinner choice or is that an appetizer and you just had one portion? Sorry if i am confused!!
The one other thing that looks decent is the herb crusted salmon...but the tacos you mentioned sound really good!! I may just get them!

I'm not sure what it's considered because I order off the website and have it delivered to work. They are lettuce wrapped so they're not heavy.
Maybe the menu will have a picture so you can get an idea - I tend to eat a lot of meals in a day so my portions might be smaller than what you want...? Sometimes I'll treat myself to a not-so-healthy drink along with a healthy meal.

Thank you!! I found the description on the menu..I would just order the dinner, all the choices are under 590 calories so thats good for me...I did an hour run this morning to help out with it. I think i'm treating myself to one beer w/dinner, lol...thats a treat for me!!

 You sound just like me, totally planning the indulgences based on what kind of exercise I've done.
It's a great system. You still get yummies but without the guilt! Enjoy your dinner!

the summer rolls are awesome and the lettuce tacos are really good- I would see about having them go easy on the cheese
