Pettiskirt vendor?
Anyone purchase them from a specific place?
I have pink & rainbow ones, but now I need a red one for DD birthday.
I want the really full ones, with the satin top, not a tie-tulle type

I buy all of our pettiskirts on ebay from one of the Hong Kong vendors for around $20. Super full, great quality, just about the exact same you would pay $50 for. Takes a couple of weeks to get though.

Do you know the name of the vendor? I saw one there & it said takes a little time, so I wonder if it's the same. If it is, then it's good to know the quaility is good.
I saw the Zulily, but they don't have all red

I don't off know the name off hand, but I've ordered from more than one of them though! I get legwarmers, hats, pettis, etc. for my DD, and the quality is always good on everything! As a size reference though, my DD is wearing the 2/3 size for the red, and is a 4T in clothes, so you might want to size down. Although the waists are adjustable on them if you do go with her true size.

eBay was a great suggestion and thanks for mentioning Zulily too! I just got the pettiskirt I wanted (for $19.99 instead of $35-65 I've seen elsewhere!).
I found an all red one on eBay for $18.99. I'm sure there are more, but here's the link I found:

OK - I ordered it last night and I'm guessing it will take about 3 weeks to get to me (about 15 business days). I already got an email that it shipped out last night so I guess they have them already made.

Hey so I got the pettiskirt today! Even though it said 10-15 business days, it came exactly 1 week after I ordered it.
It's very nice! I don't have any others so I can't compare it to anything, but it's very full, the tulle is very soft, and the satin and the tulle match perfectly. It's small, smaller than I imagined, but hey I did order the newborn size so that's to be expected.
Anyway, I'd recommend them! Maybe I just got lucky with the shipping, but I was really pleasantly surprised.
