We used Bob Leone from National Property Inspectors (516-945-7725) and thought he was great.
I also LOVED my RE attorney- Tim Dougherty from Dougherty and Sneider in Baldwin.( 516-992-2876)

I am an attorney myself, and decided to use an attorney for our closing. I LOVE Rich Klein, I am not affiliated in anyway. I have been really impressed not only with his knowledge, but his extremely fast response time, aggressiveness with sellers attorney and overall demeanor. I would recommend him 100 times over. But I also would second the recommendation of Bob Leone. He has done inspections on houses I've sold, and I (and everyone in my office) think he does a great job.
