THANK YOU GIFT FOR SOMEONE WHO DID WORK ON YOUR HOUSE!

A good friend of mine is a contractor and just redid my driveway and walkway with pavers.. $12K job.. gave me a great deal.. also bought some extra material out of his pocket to do a certain pattern.

Ok now.. for a gift!!! some things to keep in mind:

1. he is married but has a very bad marriage.. (so no restaurant gc)

2. He is in early 40's and rides motorcycles..like harleys and goes riding everywhere..(not sure how relevent this is)

3. doesn't drink

4. diabetic!!

5. Lives in Bardonia- Rockland county

WTH SHOULD I GET HIM TO THANK HIM!!Chat Icon

would he ride out east with a group of friends? Claudio's in Greenport has a LARGE motorcycle draw .... maybe a GC for the restuarant to go with his bike pals?

What about a gift card to his local motorcycle shop? That way he can purchase any motorcycle stuff he may want or need.

As a fellow Harley owner/rider my DH has gotten GC for Harley Davidson gift shop, HD clothes, jackets, etc. He literally flipped when he received a GC for his next yearly service (@ $230) you would have thought he won the Mega Millions!

I usually send cookie gift baskets as thank you gifts, but that might not work if he's diabetic. If there's a local bike shop in your town you could check there for gifts in your price range.
