Glow in the Dark Stars for Ceiling
DS is newly interested in astronomy and asked for those glow in the dark stars you stick on the ceiling.
Has anyone ordered them or seen them for sale anywhere local?
Amazon has some bu the reviews aren't that great.
TIA

Re: Glow in the Dark Stars for Ceiling
To be honest I've been through many glow in the dark stars and I don't think you will find any that are all that impressive.
They all seem to be about the same for me. My DD has some on her ceiling and we had to buy extra double sided sticky tape to get them to stay on because the tabs they came with didn't stick at all.
And if you sleep with a night light on they don't work at all!
What is super cool and works better is a star projector. Certainly more expensive but fun! My DD's alarmclock has a star projector in it so we use that a lot!

Re: Glow in the Dark Stars for Ceiling
I had a friend who had it in her room growing up. I thought it was so cool.
Now that we own a home and DH is a contractor I'd never do it. The last owner's kid had in on their ceiling. DH took forever trying to get it off and had to fix all the walls b/c it peels off the paint and ruined the walls
What about some kind of light show for his room? Either the turtle or if he wants something cooler something like this
night light

What about getting the turtle nightlight that projects starts onto the ceiling?
