What can I do to help a burn mark fade?

On VDay I was cooking for DH and was slightly scantily clad Chat Icon. Because my life is a comedy of errors, I dropped something into a pan of hot oil, which splashed. I got 3 small burn spots on my chest just over my left boob area (not visible in a normal shirt but visible in a low cut shirt or bathing suit). Each spot is small, the largest is smaller than a penny but it is still pretty red 2 days later. I did all the recommended stuff and am still treating it with vitamin e cream twice a day. It did not blister, it is not raised. But I tend to scar easily, and on top of that am going to Mexico on Saturday, so I would love to speed along the fading process. Any suggestions?

I would leave it alone to heal naturally. I would not put any cream on it including the vitamin E- Allow the air to help it dry out. If it scars once it heals I would use mederma. Sorry no tips to speed up the healing process.

keep it moist with cream like neosporin and keep it covered. this allows the skin underneath to heal properly.
I can't see the scar on my arm from when I hit the hot oven rack, and I barely see the scars on my thigh from the 2nd degree burns I had there.
