HELP: Need tight black dress, long with sleeves
I can't mail order this dress, I need it soon.
I'm looking for something that's almost like a lycra... long sleeves, and below the knee. The bottom of the dress doesn't have to be tight, but it would be a plus.

and would love a scoop neck or v neck.
