You may also want to look into getting a rental unit- set up like a timeshare. So that way you'll have a kitchen.

I stayed at the Carousel years ago...it was nice...don't know how it is now.

I forget where I stayed, but it a pool bar (the oonly one on the strip that had one) and it was tons of fun!!
