6 months pics and update!
Hi Ladies!
I can't believe my 27 weeker twins are 6 months old already! Avery is doing amazingly well at home. Ethan is still not home yet, but he is making a lot of progress! He was transferred out of the NICU into a rehab facility about 3 weeks ago. They are weaning him off the vent...he is up to 16 hours a day off the vent! He is getting a ton of PT, OT, and feeding therapies. We are also learning so much about how to care for him at home with his trach and g-tube. It's been a great place for him. We are hoping to be able to take him home in a few weeks.
I just thought I would share their 6 month photos.

They are beautiful!!! Happy 1/2 year birthday Avery and Ethan! They are both getting so big!!
I am so happy to hear that Ethan is doing so well, and off the vent for 16 hours a day. THAT IS AMAZING!!! Such an accomplishment little man! I hope he makes his homecoming soon so that way your family can be reunited again!!!
