Need support
I had surgery 5 weeks ago on my foot so working out is out of the question at least for another 4 weeks. I am home all day so I am of course eating. I need support!! I have been trying so hard over the past 2 wks to really watch. Just need some : . I cannot wait until I get cleared to be out of pain and healed. I have been doing free weights and sit ups

If you don't want to overeat, try writing down everything you eat. I know this definitely helps me. If I have to write down what I put in my mouth, it makes me think twice about it.
