I juice once a day. My go to recipe is:
1 apple
1 lemon
Handful of Kale or Spinach
1 inch piece of Ginger Root
2 Stalks Celery
Half a Cucumber
So delicious!

2 Stalks Celery
Half a Cucumber
So delicious!
I drink this too!! You could add some carrot to it too, and if you don't like the straight veggie taste, throw in some coconut water as well!

Is this the recipe from Fat Sick & Nearly Dead? It looks like what they drank.
Zesty has a good response on his juices, but I haven't tried them.

Beet, carrot, apple and ginger
Orange, pear, apple with some Pom added
Does everyone here juice as a meal replacement or in between meals?

Not sure. I haven't seen that movie. I got a variation of this from The Alkaline Sisters website when I was recovering from an injury & have juiced everyday since.
