I think if you just say "Hey, Kool-Aid!", this guy will help out for free... 
Is it something you might want to attempt yourself? I haven't done it myself, but it's not a too complicated, if you have the right tools. With a masonry saw, a steel lintel, and some wood framing, it shouldn't be very difficult.
You could also check with a window company. I'm sure they know about cutting holes in brick, since they would have to do that on quite a few houses.

We bought a new wall ac this summer. Install was included. I don't think the install done by a pro is that much though.

Do you already have the AC or do you need to buy one ?
I've used two local companies,
Weston Brothers in Forest Hills and Northern Applicance on Union Tpke.
I prefer Weston - called them to service my circa 1984 huge living room a/c (which they initially installed) and they told me to leave it alone if it was working fine.
I kind of liked that answer.
