today I am wearing a dress I couldn't wear a month ago!
it's so nice to see myself getting smaller after 9 months of gaining weight
(and no- I don't have a baby- I was 95lbs last may after finding out I was type 1 diabetic)
I finally stopped gaining at 144.....a number I have not been since I gained the freshman 30 (I am 5'2)
I am down about 5lbs and the difference is amazing
I have my nephews christaining on 4/15- I am going to pick a dress from my closet and get back into it
I am going to try it on weekly to measure my progress and keep my honest

What are you doing to lose the weight.

What are you doing to lose the weight.
I am doing the only thing that really works for me
watching what I eat- low carb, lots of veggies and protein
and running- lots of running- 5 miles a day outside
eating low carb always made me lose weight- and I can take less insulin this way-
I eat alot b/c I "need a break from work" - but today I played music in my office which helps me focus on work
I do allow myself to cheat 1 day away- and then I really watch the next day
