I've never worked with either, but from their websites, it looks like they each have a slightly different style.
Amy seems to be more traditional (baby lays on blanket) while Ann seems to have more unique pictures (baby in a bucket or resting on football).
They both seem to take great pictures so i'd say go for the style you prefer.

Totally agree. she took family pics for me in July of last year that I loved but I think her talent has grown even more since then.

Never seen Amy Jocelyn's work but I am a big fan of Anne Hack myself. I had a post yesterday and posted a few of her pics of my DD. I highly recommend her as well

I didn't do maternity pictures with Anne but I've done my dd 1st bday pictures, christmas pics, family pics and we are doing spring pics soon. I love her work and she is is soo sweet to work with.

I was also between the two. I went with Anne and am so so so happy with her. She had a ton of props and patience of a saint! I do also love Amy Jocelyn's work, but in my honest opinion, most of the photos that I've seen, look the same. That's why I went with Anne. Great work and different props and poses. Oh and she's sooo sweet!
