Weird WW question re: stomach virus
So..I have had a stomach virus since Sunday morning (awesome..LOL) but my weigh in day was Monday..should I weigh in this week (I was thinking Thursday, as tomorrow I might actually be able to eat some meals) or should I just go next Monday..I know my weight will have dropped and some will come back..I know this is dumb, but I am really trying to stick to things..TIA!

Its up to you. For me, I would just wait until Mon personally. Even if I lost weight I would just assume it was b/c of the virus.

Hey you!
I had a stomach bug about 3 weeks ago. I lost 3 lbs in 2 days but gained it all back like 3 days later, so I think wait until your next weigh in to stay as accurate as possible and so you don't get discouraged if you see the lower number and then it pops back up.

That's what I was thinking..when I am not living off of nothing, I figure I'm right back on and I go on Monday..I use Monthly Pass so it shouldn't be an issue of messing up weeks with them..I don't want to see the way artificial loss and then the gain and be upset about it...thanks!
