Try Audrey's in Sayville. I brought a pic in of a cake I loved for my DD's 1st bday and they did a fabulous job.

definately Lady J's -- i always give her pics and shes great at replicating -- plus her prices are always better (not to mention how yummy her cakes are!)

LOVE Lady J's!!!
She did my baby shower cake and my son's Christening cake. She's fantastic! And her cakes are TO DIE FOR!!! (Chocolate with Oreo Filling... YUM!)

Not 100% sure if he's done it before, but check out The Cake Gallery in Wantagh. His cakes are DELISH! He's done a variety of 3-d cakes so I'm sure he would be able to do a dinosaur.
AWESOME cake btw!
