Fun activity we did today...
I am going in for my c-section on Monday so we've been trying to do lots of fun stuff with Emily --- to make her feel special since we know that it is going to be an adjustment when the baby is home next week.
We invited my sister and my niece over today and we spent the whole afternoon making tye dye.
It is really easy if you use the kits that they sell at AC Moore. It comes with little bottles that you use to dye so it's not all messy like when we used to dip dye in the "olden days."
Each girl made a plain white skirt (found at Kohl's), a tank top, a t-shirt, and some socks, and then they each made a onesie for the baby.
Just wanted to let everyone know since this is a great activity to do with the big-kids!

It wasn't messy at all! We've done it twice now! We just put a few old towels down on the table before we did it and wore old clothes but we didn't even get any drips on us! Definately something worth doing!

they came out great!!! My sister did this one day with my DD when she was babysitting. She loved it. The stuff comes out so nice.
