Hematologist Needed!!
Can anyone refer their hematologist preferably in the Suffolk area. I need to see a hematologist for clearance before an upcoming surgery. I have clotting disorders and need to see someone that knows what they are talking about. TIA

I go see Dr. Avvento -- he has offices in Riverhead and Southampton.
He diagnosed me with my clotting disorder (antiphospolipid ) before my blood work even came back.
I love him and the staff! 631) 727-8500

Dr. David Chu at North Shore Hematology Oncology Associates in Setauket.
He's my oncologist, I believe he does hematology as well.

I know you asked for Suffolk, but I can only recommend my AMAZING hematologist (also hematologist oncologist) in Great Neck - Dr. Rita Weiss. I went to her with mystery symptoms and a crazy family medical history, and she was incredible.
