Contractions
I'm 38 weeks pregnant and last night I felt some strong contractions with a lot of movement from the baby. It was only for a little while though and I woke up feeling fine. Baby is still moving well.
Should I be concerned? Should I call the doctor?

Radom contractions can happen often near the end. If they can be timed and consistent, then it's time to really pay attention. (or if your water breaks of course)
