I have an announcement!
As of this morning, which is exactly 4 months from when I started my body transformation on November 28th, I have hit my first goal weight. I now have a second goal in mind (which is a bit more fluid - I'd really just like to get below a certain weight). But I honestly never thought I would get to this point, I am the smallest I have been since my freshmen year of college. It feels great, but also a bit like I'm not 100% where I want to be which to me is motivation to keep working at it!
