Spaghetti Fritters...yummy
I wanted to share this recipe...last week I went to one of Jamie Olivers Italian restaurants that opened up here in town, and oh man...the food was spectacular. I had Spaghetti Fritters as a starter and I loved them! I just wanted to share the recipe as I really think they were something special! Enjoy! Jamie's Italian Spaghetti fritters

OMG, that looks amazing!
Do you think there's a way to substitute the egg? I don't eat dairy, but desperately want to try this!

I think you need the egg to bind it. I can't think of anything else that would work!

There is a product called EnerG Egg Replacer that could work. Also cornstarch mixed with warm water works well as a binder. I don't eat dairy or eggs and I think I might try this recipe with the Egg Replacer.
