Gina from Skinnytaste
I know she is from LI. I wonder if she is a member here? If she is, I would like to find her and make her my new BFF! ( I would happily taste test all of her creations)
Her food is insane. I can honestly credit every single pound I have lost on WW to her site. DH and I sit down every sunday and pick out 5 meals for the week from her site. We send everything to the shopping list and it sends it to my ziplist shopping app.
I have been able to stay with WW because no matter how tired and cranky I am when I get home I already have the food in the house and the meals planned. I have no excuse to go out to eat. And if I do the veggies might spoil
Not only have I lost weight but, I honestly feel like my cooking skills have vastly improved and probably changed for the better (healthier) but, I have also saved money by planning my meals.
LOVE SKINNYTASTE!
That's all.. commercial over.

I love her recipes too! This week I made her lighter baked macaroni & cheese which is made with spinach, her turkey burgers with zucchini, her spinach lasagna rolls and her cauliflower fritters. Last week I made her quinoa fried rice, Asian glazed chicken, and her chicken rollatini with prosciutto and cheese. I loved everything except the fritters....they were okay...not a favorite.
Please tell me what your favorite recipes are!

We love the Spinach lasgna rolls, the quinoa with the tomato sauce, her tomato sauce, coconut shrimp and the chicken, the chicken nuggets, spinach pie, the ziti, sweedish meatballs, sloppy joes, spinach quinoa salad with grapfruit and avocado, shrimp quesadillas with avocado/tomato, chicken rollatini, asian flank steak, baked garlic tilapia, irish oatmeal leek soup, crock pot chicken sante fe and the chicken rollatini with spinach parm.
My Favorite is the orchettie with brocolli rabe!
Some that were just okay are: clam chowder, baked potatoe soup, black bean soup, chicken courdon blue, skillet cajun flounder, chicken brushetta (the topping was amazing, the chicken part was dried out). But, they were all decent. Just not knock your socks off good.
There has been no food that was toss in the garbage bad.
