Immune treatment success with Dr. B?

Hi. I'm new here. My name is Gina and I am a new patient of Dr. Braverman. I have elevated NK cells and am a 4.1 alpha match. My IVF recently resulted in a chemical and my immune panel now came back with elevated t-cells and cytokines. I am very overwhelmed as I tried intralipids during the IVF cycle which apparently did not work. Has anyone been in a similar position and had success? Did you do IVIG of Neupogen or something else? I would really appreciate any inspirational stories. I wish all of you the best and thanks in advance!

I was a patient of Dr. B three years ago and I was put on Steroids and I did the intralipids (4 doses I think) I got pregnant on my 1st IVF. You are in great hands, he is absolutely the best! Good luck to you!

I had a very similar diagnosis. Elevated NK cells and 5 alpha match. I was put on prednisone and intralipids. I got pregnant with quadruplets on our first IUI. Once pregnant I was put on a high dosage of prednisone and weekly intralipids (i Think there was one week I actually needed to get it twice) to keep the pregnancy. At 8 weeks one of the hearts stopped beating (but most likely due to vanishing twin syndrome). My triplets are now 9 months old!! I continued on Prednisone and intralipids for the first 14 weeks of the pregnancy!!
