Massage
I was thinking of booking a massage for tomorrow to ease my nerves for the transfer on Sunday. I am still very crampy and uncomfortable from yesterdays ER so I thought it may relieve that tension too...do you think this would be o.k.?

i would do it before the ET. after the ET technically you could be in the first tri already and many places won't give a massage to anyone in the first tri, or even in the 2WW. so if you are going to go, do it ASAP. i doubt it would hurt anything.
