Really down today.

I swear this hits me in waves. Instead of being excited about a baby I am now actively TTC again. I am so bummed out about everything I just want to cry.

I swear some days I am totally fine and then days like today I am miserable.

ETA: We're going to be trying again this month and I'm so scared so I know how you feel. Hang in there, and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

I'm sorry you're having a hard day. Happens to me like that too -- waves. I hope tomorrow is a better day.

I know exactly what you mean, it comes in waves. This is our first month TTC again and I have SO many emotions about it. Sometimes I feel like I have processed my MC and I can move forward a bit..other times it hits me like a ton of bricks and I just crumble under the pain of it all. No matter how you slice it this sucks! We just have to keep trucking and let ourselves have those days/moments when we need to. Hang in there, you are not alone!

I totally know what you are going through. I had such up and down days for months. The only way I finally got over it is 1) a distraction of sorts when I moved and 2) when I got pregnant again - which for me was a year later.

It is just such a hard emotional time. My loss was early but it still hit me like a ton of bricks. One minute you are so excited to have a baby and then next minute your world comes crashing down. Meanwhile everyone goes on with their business and friends are getting pregnant and giving birth every month (it seems) - ugh.

Hang in there, it will get better. I definitely needed a distraction of sorts. Take up a new hobby, painting class or something like that. Go on long walks with hubby, take a vaca, go shopping, treat yourself…you deserve it!

Ive been upset for the last couple of days because i cant even TTC now because i need to save up money for progesterone meds first. I dont want additional stress of worrying about that ( because ultrasound alone are gonna drive me over the edge when i am preg again) so Im trying to wait but it's hard because i feel like i wont be able to mentally function until i know i am pregnant so i can have that spark of hope again.
