Advice needed....I have a male cockapoo
about 20 lbs, 6 yrs old. I want to get a goldendoodle puppy (probably about 50 lbs grown). Should I get a boy or a girl pup? and why?

It doesn't matter as much because you have a male at home.
If you had a female at home I'd say get a male so there isn't a problem with dominance. Females are more dominant then males.
Only issue with a female is chance of pregnancy and as long as you get the puppy spayed - you're good to go.
