**Under the Sea baby shower theme -- lots of pics!**
I figured I would post these here for inspiration. My niece said she wanted an "Under the Sea" themed baby shower. At first I was a little worried about working with the theme, but it wound up being VERY cute.
Used an etsy vendor to design the invite and we kind of went off the invite for the rest of the shower theme:
We alternated diaper cakes and balloons as CPs for the table. The cakes had a circle design on them that said "Yami's Baby Shower" with baby sea critters on them and the date. Got the dolphins, turtles, and squirt toys from Oriental Trading
Had this banner made by another etsy vendor that I have used a bunch of times and it came out GORGEOUS. This pic does not do it justice
The favors! I crushed up graham crackers to make "sand" and then put chocolate turtles, swedish fish and chocolate sea shells.
We bought a wall decal set from AllPosters.com that had ocean themes to it
We emailed the invite to a local bakery (shower was in Virginia) and this was what they made -- everyone loved it.
