How much do you fluctuate?
I reached my dieting/weight loss goal a while back and am just working to maintain my weight (which sometimes feels like as much hard work as dieting) but maybe my expectations are a bit too strict. I do not like to stray more than a pound or pound and a half. It makes me feels like I am still on my diet... I dont know. I tend to be an extremist when it comes to things so maybe I'm making it harder than it needs to be. Any advice?

Re: How much do you flucuate?
Even though I HATE to see the number go up from my lowest weight, I have actually found that up to 5 lbs doesn't really make a huge difference in how I look/how my clothes feel as long as I am still exercising and drinking lots of water. If my water intake decreases or I exercise less that's when I start to feel bloated and UGH.

Re: How much do you fluctuate?
I'm at a healthy body weight although I am still trying to lose and I find that I fluctuate 2-4 lbs on any given day but usually end up back to where I started after 2-3 days max.
