Lands End RAVE!
HUGE shout out to Lands' End- Rj broke his 1.5yr old back pack; I called their customer service line and without a hesitation, no questions asked a brand new replacement is on its way- embroided and all! LOVE when businesses do the right thing!!! So glad I spent the extra $$$$ for a quality product and exceptional customer service!!!

I think I will need to contact them as well....My DS's backpack (also 1.5 years old  ) has a broken zipper...
I had placed the order online I think, but dont have the receipt...May I ask how they knew you bought it or did you still have your receipt?

I just did this last week!!!!!love LE.
I did not hsve recipt but my order was in their system. I sent back pack back & got my refund ck the next week. They pay for shipping too. Lifetime guarantee on back packs!!!!
