I need to lose the last 5-10lbs of baby weight! I used to run and I LOVE it but I keep getting flare-ups of runner's knee. Chat Icon

I'm thinking of getting the Bowflex Treadclimber- I know I will really use it regularly- as long as it won't bother my knees.

Anyone use it? just looking for some feedback!

ETA: I don't have time to get to the gym with my three little ones and I don't really enjoy videos. I like to do cardio and use the time to "zone out" Chat Icon
