Pretty cool reduction in debt and expenses

Monthly nuts..

Refinanced-saved $450. Paid off a 0% card for our new bed $120. Last payment on IRS bill will be this month $300.

I'm taking 90% of it and throwing at some old annoying cc debt that is low interest but nevertheless annoying the ever lovin crap out of me.

If I can stick to this model I will have no consumer debt in less than 1 year.

Then I can take the extra, bank it, invest it, or pay down my mortgage more. Or maybe go on a nice vacation.

Well either way it will go for something..probably a house repair! LOL!

It's always feels good to pay off debt. I just took out a lot from savings to pay off a credit card completely that's been nagging at me for the past several months.

They were charging me close to $40.00 a month in interest charges. So glad it's gone and now I can focus on savings again.

I've also collected a few bonuses at work lately so while it's not a ton, it's nice to throw it into savings.

I'm so close I can almost taste the debt free-ness..

now I wish I could onload my underwater condo..can't even short sell..
