Wii Fitness Games?
I'm almost done being preggo and starting to think about how i'm going to lose the 40lbs i gained...just wondering if there are any good wii fitness games that might help?
Joining a gym is not going to be an option until my new baby gets a little older.
I also plan on starting WW right away.

LOVE MY Wiii...I do the following:
Just Dance (just sweat option)
Jullian Michael's
Wii Fit (boxing, running, hulu hoops, strength exercises, step) you need board with this.
As you get used to these exercises you can add hand weight for resistance..
ps: I dont go to gym anymore, I have equipment at home to keep myself from getting bored w/routines. Plus I lost my job so I cut that expense out. You can get fit w/out a gym.

there are 3 work out levels
Im on my 2nd week of the hardest one. You def sweat!
I just got my JD 3 wKaty Perry songs and others 45 in all.. cant wait ti start.
