House Prayers needed
Our commitment expired w/the bank and our mortgage rate lock in expires on the 14th. Luckily, our mortgage guy said that the bank would pay to extend the lock in rate if for some reason we didn't close in time.
So house prayers that we close sometime this week! We've been in contract since March 1st.

we went into contract december 21, and had an on or about date of feb 1..we ended up closing march 8
what was your on or about date??

May 1st was our on or about date.
We're just waiting for the bank to give us the ok b/c everything is in order on the lawyers side and the sellers are ready to go too.
I know we have basically another month... it's just annoying waiting around lol.
