What the hell would you say this is? I'm so frustrated.

I definately lost weight.

My scale dropped and then went back up, but I KNOW I lost at least 10+ lbs.

I can see a huge change in my waist, around my hips, my legs, my arms, my face.

Yet the scale does not reflect this at all.

I'm ok with this I guess, although it is daunting to want to see it reflect on the scale.

But WTF do I do if this keeps up and I return to my doctor in July and he yells at me again for being overweight based on the number?

I am in the same boat

the scale does not reflect what I can see with my eyes and clothes

my doc told me to lose weight- I have a few more weeks- and I am maybe down 5lbs-

I am just going to keep doing what I am doing to wait for the scale to catch up

It happens...tighten up your eating to make sure you're eating clean but that doesn't mean starve yourself.

I weighed myself this morning and I'm having a weird week also, as I've somehow gained 9.5 lbs since last Sunday and I've eaten perfect and worked out on schedule. I'm sure it's just water weight for the most part so I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and not obsess over it. My size 8's still fit so I must not have really gained THAT much.

Just keep doing what you are doing and being accountable for your calories in/out and you will see progress.

Keep track of your measurements. You can use this to show your doctor that you have lost inches. Muscle is more metabolically active than fat so just keep building muscle. You will see the scale move eventually. There are many studies that show that even a 10% loss in body weight can significantly reduce disease risk. Try to stay positive and do not become obsessed with the scale.
