Gum Recession Treatment
I have some gum recession after years of brushing "too hard"
My hygentist says I need to make an appointment with the dentist to have my gums "filled." She says it's fairly quick (maybe a half hour) and does not need novacaine.
Anyone have any experience with this? Is it ?

Re: Gum Recession Treatment
I've had bonding put near the roots to counteract recession also from brushing too hard. Not sure if it's the same thing you're having, but it was kind of like getting a cavity filled but without a hole.

Was it painful? I was told I don't need novacaine.
