What is THAT all about?
you can buy credits to USE... not completed. Many times when professors take on a student teacher or an intern the university gives them "credits" which equal the $ amount at the school. for example, say molloy charged $600 a credit, her 1.5 is worth 900...
Then the professor (or whomever) can turn around and sell the credit for LESS money..
The seller makes $ and the buyer pays less for their tuition.
