Aunt Flo TMI
Does anyone else have heavy clotty periods? What have you done to make them better? I can't be on the pill.

They say exercise helps and also aspirin (thins the blood)
I'd also look up any vitamins or natural teas you can try.

depoprovera shots. no estrogen, only progesterone.

I had very clotty periods, it was horrible.
It turned out that I have endometriosis. I had a laparascopy surgery in March and they found it, and removed it. My period was a million times better after the surgery. Not one clot!
It might be worth mentioning to your dr. Good luck!
