Healthy sources of calcium
I've started to suspect that I may be lactose intolerant. I was getting really bad stomach aches a lot, so I tried cutting out dairy. When I did, they went away. Yesterday I tried adding a little bit back in, and I got sick again.
What are some other healthy sources of calcium aside from milk and such? Interestingly enough, I'm fine when I have regular yogurt, so I can keep having that. What are some other options though? I would prefer to not take supplements and would rather get it from real foods.

Have you tried Lactaid pills before eating milk products? Those contain the enzyme, lactase, that your body is unable to produce naturally.
