7,354 HCG?

I had a blood test yesterday to confirm pregnancy. I just stopped nursing my period was really whacky. So my LMP was in late March. I have no idea how far along I am, but was curious if anyone had a similar number and remembers how far along they were. The office gave me a huge range from 3 weeks to 9 weeks. I go in on Monday for an u/s so I guess I'll know then, but dying to know in the meantime.

if your LMP was in late march, you are like 8-10 weeks and that hcg sounds right!

my last AF was 4/20 and am about 6.5 weeks!

aaannnd if that is all true, you are likely due in early Jan!

Congrats! I think it can vary greatly. They would need to measure the baby to tell for sure. I know at 8 weeks mine was over 101K with twins though.

after this post, I looked at betabase... seems that with an hcg of 7300, average (keep average in mind) is 27-28 DPO so that would be about 5-7weeks? I would guess you are in the 6-8w range Chat Icon

Thanks! I should have figured that there was no concrete answer. Here's to hoping I'm closer to 8 weeks than 4 because I'm the worst 1st trimester pregnant person.

Mine were about 6K when I was just over 4 weeks so it really depends on the person.

are you sure about that? Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

at 4 weeks (lets say 14DPO) betas are in the 50's-200's... to be over 6k at 4 weeks seems extremely strange unless you were having multiples.. like octuplets.

to the OP, i would guess based on normal doubling time for a singleton that you are somewhere around 6 weeks or so. good luck and congrats!

Positive. I now only have one DS but yes we were thinking multiples at first but at our 6 week sono it was only one. B

I checked my old calendar cause I write it all down. I knew when I O'd and when my last MP was. I was 4 w 2 d

Re: 7,354 HCG?

My only beta with DD was 42,500. I didn't know when I got pg since I have PCOS and very irregular cycles. They estimated I was between 5 and 6 weeks then.

Re: 7,354 HCG?

I go in Monday, my doctor was booked pretty solid this week. I'll be busy driving myself insane until then. Note to self I should probably keep a better mental notes about DTD, hahah.

ETA: It's totally crazy that it varies so much! I wish I had gotten a beta my first pregnancy so I would have had something to compare this number to.
