Anyone interested in Kickboxing?
My dojo is starting a contest, if I get the most referrals by August 17, I will get a discounted membership! No purchase necessary for the referrals, just sit through an orientation and take 1 class ... It's a lot of fun, we all have a great time in class!

Can you send me the info - cost, class days/times, etc. I have a leg injury that is just about healed, but I haven't been able to excercise since March. Is it something I can go into being so out of shape?

They have different prices that range from $50 all the way to $200. The instructor will sit with you and basically customize a package for you. Tell him about your leg too, and he will help you modify so you can still get great effects from class!

Anyone interested in Kickboxing?
I'm in last place in this contest ... anyone interested? Kickboxing is a great way to burn some serious calories, and its so much fun!
ESK is running a program - $50 for 10 classes!
