CPSE meeting this morning and a revised IEP for the Fall.....

So, this morning I had an emergency CPSE meeting with the district. My 3 year old DS with behavioral and speech issues will be receiving half day therapy at Just Kids. No summer services, but I am happy with what they granted him for the Fall. I also have an 18 month old and I work. Presently they are going to Tutor Time, but I was looking for a change and found Toddler Time in Hicksville. Before the meeting, they were both going to start there this Friday.

Here is the issue I am faced with come September: my 3 year old will be bused to Just Kids at 8:30am and then bused to a child care center or other preschool at 11:30am. The bus will NOT bring him to Toddler Time in Hicksville because it is Nassau County.

What would you do?
Keep both boys at Tutor Time, since my 3 year old is only going to be there half day now?
And bring my 18 month old to Toddler Time which I love?

I am so confused. In the meantime, for the remaining of the summer, should I keep the boys at Tutor Time or switch them to Toddler Time?

They do not have any space in the Fall.
