I have a Britax B Ready and so far with 1, I ADORE it. They're having a special through the end of July that you can get either the infant car seat or the second seat for free with it, which I wish I'd waited for because it would've saved me over $100. Plus the price has come down $100! So for $400 you could get the whole system, which is an amazing deal for such a fancy shmancy stroller.

I think if my dad hadn't offered to buy me a new stroller (I'd never gotten one with DD -- got mine on CL very cheap used), I would've gone with the Peg Perego Aria. It's a 60/40 stroller so one seat is slightly larger than the other. That side accepts an infant car seat. Then as the babies get older, you can use the larger side for the older baby. It fits through doorways and is LIGHT! I love Pegs.

One of the Phil & Ted's has a jump seat.

What about a Sit and Stand? Those are relatively inexpensive.

City Select hands down the best stroller. I have a 23 month old and a 3 month old and we have had it in so many configurations it's amazing. It's a snap and go for when I just have the baby, it's a double when I have both with me, it's a single when it's just DS#1, I hook up the second seat when it's DS#1 and my niece. It's been great and it has an optional foot board which of course is extra like everything else for this stroller. I got mine around Christmas time with money from family and waited for a great sale. I found it at pishposhbaby.com no sales tax and free shipping and they were having a great sale on the 2011.

My dc will be 3.5 when baby is born, so I don't want to buy anything too pricey either because I won't get much use out of it. I think I'm going to go with the Graco Room for 2 (sit and stand). It takes Graco infant seats. It's $123.99 on Amazon. I haven't checked it out in person yet but plan to before buying.

I decided not to do a double stroller and baby wear instead and it is awesome! Emmy is in the stroller and I wore Sawyer in the Moby until 6 months and now the Boba 3g. I love it and highly recommend at least looking into baby wearing instead of a double stroller.
