MS Doctor
Does anyone know/ use a neurologist for MS that they trust that they could share? I live in Suffolk but would go up to NYC for a great doctor.

I've heard good things about dr. Gudesplatt from south shore neuro. I'm seeing dr. Raza from south shore, the first available appt. with Gudesplatt is in Nov. I just switched to this group from Dr. Winick in Bay Shore. I liked Winick but my other drs work with Gudesplatt.
I don't have MS. Or I don't think I do anyway. I don't know for sure yet.
If you're looking to go into the city check out Cornell or Columbia.

I see Dr. Gudesblatt and love him. I have MS and feel that he knows the disease backwards, forward and around. He is funny and truly cares about his patients. He is with Southshore Neurologic. He is however very difficult to get an appointment with. I see him every 4 months and make them that far in advance.

I also use Dr. Gudesblatt. I've only been diagnosed for about 10 months now, but he has been great to work with so far. Very responsive.

My mom uses Dr. Blank in New Hyde Park. She loves him. If you want his number, I can get it for you.
