fish oil?
is it safe ladies?
I am reading mixed info about it online, some sites say theres not enough evidence...others say its safe
all the over the counter prenatals seem to have it in their
im taking the centrum ones now, because the fish oil pills are separate from the regular vitamins

Re: fish oil?
DHA is supposed to be important for the development of the baby.
I couldn't stomach fish oil for DHA though so I'm taking a prescription prenatal that has a vegetarian form of DHA.

Re: fish oil?
I know that many prenatals have DHA, but I thought most were plant-derived. Are you sure it is from fish? Enfamil makes a plant based DHA supplement called Expecta that you take separately from a regular prenatal, if you're interested. They sell it at Babies R Us.

Re: fish oil?
Just wanted to say you should be taking a prenatal + DHA. You should not ALSO take a fish oil. The DHA replaces the fish oil. I took fish oil with a multi-vitamin, but now I'm only on the prenatal + DHA.
