from food network
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 cup light sour cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more as needed 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, plus more as needed 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained Carrot sticks, celery sticks or baked tortilla strips, for serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Squeeze all excess liquid from spinach, place in a food processor with sour cream, Parmesan, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, the cream cheese, garlic, pepper and hot sauce.
Process until just blended but still slightly lumpy. Add artichokes and pulse to form a chunky mixture. Place in a 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks or baked tortilla strips.

Re: Does anyone have a recipe for a spinach artichoke dip?
I found it this is a great one:
10oz package of chopped spinach, drained 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup of Parmesan cheese grated 1 cup of monterey jack cheese 2 tbsp on butter 2 tbsp of flour 1 cup of milk
"Slowly heat the butter until melted. Stir in the flour and give it a minute to blend and become bubbly. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the milk. Bring the pot back to a boil, stirring constantly. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended. It was really simple and really delicious! It makes a big portion too.

Re: Does anyone have a recipe for a spinach artichoke dip?
This is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS! I just had it yesterdayn at a party:
> Hot Spinach/Artichoke Dip > > 10 to 16 oz bag of Fresh Spinach (remove the big stems) > 14 oz can of Artichoke Hearts in water (drain and chop up) > 2 cloves of fresh Minced Garlic > 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese > 8 oz pkg of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese > 8oz pkg of Cream Cheese (cubed) > > Put everything into a crock pot and cook on High for about 2 hours. Stir > occasionally to blend once cheese starts to melt. > > Serve with Tostitos "Scoops", Melba Toast or Crackers. Whatever you like. > > ENJOY!!!
